First Aid & CPR
Emergency first aid and CPR for divers and outdoor enthusiasts — in and out of the water.
Juniors are welcome.
You’ll cover assessing and managing injuries, CPR, recognising medical emergencies, treating wounds, and responding to diving-related incidents — with enough hands-on practice that you can act calmly when it matters.
Who
From 10 years old. Under 18 needs parent or guardian consent. You must be able to complete the practical exercises. Divers and non-divers. RAID online registration. No in-water training on this course.
