How J-Bay SCUBA handles the bits of personal info needed to run the shop online.

What we collect

  • Name, email, phone/WhatsApp, delivery or collection preference, and order notes you type at checkout.
  • Order history and payment status (EFT reference / paid flags) so we can fulfil and track orders.
  • If you sign in with a magic link, we store that email against your account and any claimed orders.

What we use it for

Processing orders, arranging delivery or collection, sending track links / account magic links, and answering support WhatsApps. We don’t sell your details.

Sharing

We may share what’s needed with couriers or payment partners to move your order. Bank EFT details you pay into are ours (FNB) — we never ask for your full card number by email.
