Practical shop notes for J-Bay SCUBA online orders. Not fancy lawyer copy — ask us if anything is unclear.

Who you’re buying from

Orders are placed with J-Bay SCUBA in Jeffreys Bay. Contact: WhatsApp 083 521 5093 or the contact form.

Orders & payment

• Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable unless we say otherwise.
• Orders are held until we confirm stock. Don’t pay until we send the payment link.
• EFT: use your order number as the payment reference. The order stays awaiting payment until we see your deposit.
• Card payments are processed securely by Yoco (Visa / Mastercard) via the link we send after approval.

Delivery & collection

• Collection in Jeffreys Bay is free — we’ll message you when gear is ready at J-Bay SCUBA.
• Courier / local delivery is free on orders over R1 000 (product subtotal). Below that, costs are quoted case by case (weight, destination, urgency) and confirmed before you pay.
• You’re responsible for a correct delivery address and being reachable on the phone/WhatsApp you give us.

Dive gear & safety

Scuba and related gear must be used within your training and local regulations. We’re happy to advise sizing and setup, but you remain responsible for safe use and service intervals.
