The seasons definately shifted and changed lately with high barometer readings. This means flat water and good visibility. This coming week is going to be a cracker week for diving, especially in the mornings. There is a constant light to medium onshore wind, but in experience we've seen this cleans up the water. If you are keen to dive, please contact us rather earlier than later, so we can plan and schedule around it. We are also busy with courses at the moment.
On Thursday, 6th November, conditions are not perfect but still good for diving. Expect 1.3m waves with a 4.3 second period, a wind speed of 12.6 knots, gusting up to 19.8 knots. The water temperature should be around 19.0°C with wave energy at 1.0kJ.
On Friday, 7th November, we've got sublime conditions for diving with 1.0m waves, a 3.8 second wave period, and a wind speed of 11.1 knots, gusting up to 18.0 knots. The water temperature will be 18.8°C and wave energy will be at a low 0.4kJ.
On Saturday, 8th November, the diving conditions remain sublime with 1.0m waves, a 4.7 second wave period, and a wind speed of just 2.3 knots (with gusts up to 8.5 knots). Expect a water temperature of 18.6°C and a wave energy of 0.6kJ.
Sunday, 9th November, conditions are not perfect but still good for diving. There will be 1.1m waves with a 4.3 second period, a wind speed of 10.6 knots, gusting up to 16.6 knots. The water temperature should be around 18.7°C with a wave energy of 0.7kJ.
And so on for the rest of the week, with sublime conditions returning on Monday, 10th November, Tuesday, 11th November, Wednesday, 12th November, and Thursday, 13th November. However, Friday, 14th November sees conditions that are not perfect but still good for diving, and sublime conditions return on Saturday, 15th November.
